Rob Bair is a retired Navy officer with a wealth of experience in various national security domains, consistently applying cutting-edge technologies to address complex intelligence and operational challenges. Presently, Rob supports and advises a diverse portfolio of leading organizations across various areas of focus spanning venture capital, national policy/regulatory environments, and all aspects of cyber and emerging technology.
Rob served on the National Security Council, lending his expertise to both the Intelligence and Cybersecurity Directorates. As the Director for Technical Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Operations Policy, Rob crafted pivotal policies and offered valuable guidance on cyber incident response, mitigation, defense matters, and military cyber operations. Rob held several notable military positions, including multiple tours at the National Security Agency (NSA) where he served as a Director's Fellow.

Jeffrey Muller boasts extensive interaction with domestic law enforcement agencies, state and local government agencies, domestic military, civil authorities, corporations and public/private organizations and currently serves as a subject matter expert for numerous non-government agencies, international organizations and commissions.
Jeff previously managed national countermeasures and prevention activities for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate and led the development and significant expansion of the INTERPOL CBRNE program where he directed CBRNE experts from 190 INTERPOL member countries to accomplish all activities related to CBRNE and Critical Infrastructure Protection. He also chaired the United Nations Critical Infrastructure Protection, Tourism Security and Cyber Security Working Group, comprised of 34 UN agencies.
Jordon Sims is known for his legislative, political and professional advocacy experience globally. Most recently, he was the Chief of Staff for House Appropriations Chairwoman Kay Granger (R-TX).
Previously, he served as a nuclear-trained submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, including assignments as the foreign liaison for the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), and Secretary of Defense (SECDEF). Additionally, he served as the Special Advisor to the Director of Naval Nuclear Propulsion (Naval Reactors), in a dual-hatted Department of Defense and Department of Energy role.
Jordon led global corporate and government relations teams and initiatives, spanning the technology, energy, financial services, defense, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors in both government policy and management strategy. He has served as a contributor to the World Economic Forum working groups for developing economies in the areas of long-term investment planning and infrastructure development.
